Clinical Ayurvedic Practioner
From an early age, I fell in love with cooking. To me, preparing food has always been an act of creativity. I believe that the kitchen is one of the most powerful places to heal, and that nourishing ourselves with whole foods is the foundation for lasting health.
That love eventually led me to Ayurveda.
I studied at the California College of Ayurveda in Northern California, where I completed three years of clinical training and graduated as a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner. During my education, I also completed a year-long herbal apprenticeship at the college while also apprenticing at a local herbal apothecary for two years, deepening my knowledge of traditional herbal medicine.
Ayurveda transformed the way I understand health. It taught me to see the body as an intelligent ecosystem, deeply connected to nature and its rhythms. My studies strengthened my passion for cooking as medicine, awakened a lifelong love of herbalism, and showed me that true healing begins by cultivating harmony from within.
Today, my work is an invitation to live more devotionally. To nourish yourself with intention, to honor nature as a teacher, to create ceremony from the everyday, and to approach life with reverence.
I believe healing doesn't happen through quick fixes. It happens through the small rituals we return to every day: nourishing meals, herbal teas, moments of stillness, mindful movement, time in nature, and practices that reconnect us to ourselves. I believe beauty is medicine, too. Lighting a candle before dinner, preparing a cup of tea with intention, tending a garden, or creating space for quiet reflection can become sacred acts that restore the nervous system and remind us how to be present.
My work brings together Ayurveda, herbalism, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to help people create sustainable habits that support vibrant health. My hope is not only to help you feel better, but to help you cultivate a life that feels deeply nourishing, beautiful, and aligned from the inside out.
Hi, I’m Inaya!
My relationship with health began long before I discovered Ayurveda.
I grew up in an alternative household where devotion and ritual were a way of life. Our meals were homemade with organic ingredients, blessings were spoken over food, herbs filled the cupboards, and ceremony was part of every day. I was raised by women who devoted their lives to healing through their hands, and my own life is a living testament to the wisdom they embodied.
